Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour

Ranger Inc. is a small, family-owned trucking company with more than 30 years in business. We are looking for an experienced Class A CDL driver interested in flexible part-time work, primarily during evenings and overnight hours.

This is not a traditional fixed-schedule position. Loads vary depending on customer needs, so we are looking for someone with genuine schedule flexibility who wants to work periodically without committing to a full-time driving schedule.

This can be a great fit for an experienced, retired, or semi-retired driver who wants to stay behind the wheel and earn additional income without returning to full-time trucking.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Prior tractor-trailer experience
• Clean driving record
• Flexible availability
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable driving evenings and overnight
• Good communication with dispatch
• Ability to pass required drug testing and background screening

Helpful Experience

• Flatbeds
• Load securement
• Roll-offs or frac tanks
• Specialized or industrial hauling
• HazMat endorsement is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Safely transport loads and equipment
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure loads appropriately
• Verify load contents and required documentation
• Obtain delivery paperwork and signatures
• Maintain accurate logs
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries or issues
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
