Pasco Pipe Supply is a rapidly growing waterworks material provider known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver role.

Position Summary
This is a 50/50 split role combining warehouse operations and CDL driving. You will support daily warehouse activities—receiving, picking, packing, and staging orders—while also safely transporting materials to customer job sites and branch locations. The position works collaboratively with warehouse, operations, and sales teams to meet operational goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
•       High school diploma or equivalent

•       Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A or B

•       Clean driving record with acceptable DOT history

•       Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

•       Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

•       Ability to work in warehouse, yard, and outdoor environments; standing/walking for full shifts

•       Basic computer skills

•       Strong knowledge of DOT safety regulations and load securement

•       Full-time availability: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications
•       Prior warehouse or distribution center experience

•       Experience delivering construction or building materials

•       Forklift certification or experience

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations (~50%)

•       Receive and inspect incoming products for accuracy and quality

•       Pick, pack, wrap, and stage orders for customer pickup or delivery

•       Operate forklift, hand truck, and power tools as required

•       Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard

•       Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks

Driving & Delivery (~50%)

•       Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials to customer job sites and branch locations

•       Load, secure, and unload materials in compliance with DOT and company safety standards

•       Verify delivery contents against shipping documents and obtain required signatures

•       Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues

•       Maintain accurate delivery logs, required DOT documentation, and a professional vehicle appearance
