Overview

We are a small, family-based trucking fleet located in Jacksonville, Florida, looking for experienced and dependable CDL Class A OTR drivers.

We offer consistent miles, straightforward pay, and flexibility when you need time at home. You’re not just another driver number with us—we work directly with our drivers and do our best to keep you moving while respecting your home-time needs.

Responsibilities

Safely operate tractor-trailers across OTR routes, adhering strictly to FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with all safety protocols.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and cargo documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
Route driving efficiently while managing delivery schedules, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off at multiple locations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve route or cargo issues promptly.

Loaded AND empty miles paid
2,500+ miles per week for drivers who want to run
1099 compensation
HOME TIME
We usually get our drivers home every weekend. Drivers generally head out Monday, and we work on getting you loaded back toward Florida on Friday.

Need to come home or take some time off? Just communicate with us. When you’re ready to get back on the road, we’ll get you moving again.

WHERE WE RUN
Our drivers primarily run OTR throughout the eastern, southern, and central United States.

We do NOT normally run west past Texas
No California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, etc.
No NYC/Long Island
RIDER
Spouses may be able to ride with you on the road.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:

Be at least 25 years old
Have a valid Class A CDL
Have a minimum of 3 years of OTR experience
Have dry van OTR experience
Meet all applicable Federal Motor Carrier driver qualifications
Have no preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injury, or disabling vehicle damage within the last 3 years
Have no more than 4 moving violations within the last 3 years
Have no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
Have no serious or disqualifying traffic convictions within the last 3 years, including DUI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, excessive speeding (15+ MPH over the limit), or other serious violations
