CDL-A OTR Team Drivers Wanted | $2,300–$3,800 Weekly Potential

OTR Driver Connect is recruiting experienced CDL-A team drivers on behalf of an independent fleet owner with available trucking positions.

We’re looking for dependable, professional drivers who are ready to get on the road and earn competitive pay.

Compensation & Opportunity

Estimated weekly earnings: $2,300–$3,800 per driver, depending on loads, miles, and operating conditions
1099 independent contractor opportunity
OTR team driving positions
Opportunities for established driving teams
Fleet-owner coordination throughout the hiring process
Earnings are estimates, not guaranteed, and are before taxes.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
At least 2 years of verifiable over-the-road driving experience
Ability to meet carrier safety, driving-record, and qualification requirements
Willingness to operate as part of an OTR driving team
Professional attitude and reliable communication
Orientation & Onboarding

Orientation may take place in San Antonio, Texas, or Orlando, Florida, depending on placement.

For approved drivers assigned to Orlando, the fleet owner arranges and pays for transportation to orientation.

All positions are subject to carrier review, required screening, and final approval.
